- Original packaging, invoice, and product labels must be retained
- Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification
Non-Returnable Items

- Products that have been opened, consumed, or used
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Requests made after the return eligibility period
- Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales unless received damaged or defective
